November 1st was the first snowfall I had since I arrived. I was on the 17th floor wandering around people's cubicles when I saw my officemates watching something outside, and there it was, my first snow fall. i just watched and nothing special really happened except for the realization that I am indeed in another country and I was so afraid to walk in the streets going to my favorite lunch spot kasi baka madulas ako eh andami pa namang gwapo! and then while watching it also hit me that on that moment, people from manila are just beginning to take their rest after a whole day stay in you know where, bec we honor our parted loved ones on that day. Although it is a worldwide celebration of honoring our saints and dearly departed souls, it was just an ordinary day in Toronto and I felt envious of the thought that my family just had the day remembering Sherard, which I never failed to do since our little angel left us for good. After that day, I promised not to forget to bring my bonnet and gloves, kasi sabi nila marami daw napa-praning dito because of the weather, sobrang lamig nagyeyelo siguro yung utak. Takutin daw ba akets!

Then today, eto na yung real snow fall kasi we were supposed to attend my uncle's 1st death anniversary but we decided to go back cause the snow fall was really heavy and the road so bad, takot kami! So since this was my real first snow fall, we stayed outside and played, at 730pm with Charlene. The pictures will come later :) I guess I will have no problem with it, the place became white and mas maliwanag pa siya than an ordinary autumn night, at least di na ako matatakot maglakad pauwi from work. Weird country it is with weird weather, at 5pm the sun has set at feeling ko alas onse na ng gabi pero kapag naman spring and summer, 9pm na me araw pa. Pano naman ako magkaka-love este... social life nito?
